Hillel International seeks a VP of Field Advancement Strategy and Operations to lead fundraising support across the field, develop strong lay leaders, and build sustainable advancement programs. This role reports to the Chief External Affairs Officer and is fully remote for eligible US-based candidates, with frequent travel to campus Hillels.

You will set strategy, oversee shared services, test new approaches, and scale pilots, aligning local and central efforts to increase giving and donor

Qualifications

• 15+ year career in advancement, fundraising or related work with senior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated growth in fundraising performance or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience leading teams across multiple organizations or markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the field services, lay-leadership development, and shared services.
• Set strategy and operating model for campus advancement support with clear plans and measures.
• Advise campus Hillels on annual giving, major gifts, donor development, stewardship and campaigns.
• Develop and scale partnerships, tools, and staffing to improve field support.
• Build donor pipelines and coordinate with senior fundraising leaders to increase giving.
