Job summary

Hillel International is seeking a senior leader to lead and manage the team responsible for advancement field services, lay-leadership development, and shared advancement services. You will set the strategy and operating model for advancement support to campus Hillels, translating priorities into clear plans, roles, and measures of success.

You will partner with senior fundraising leaders and field partners to build donor pipelines and increase philanthropic investment.
