Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Vice President, Strategy & Technology to lead the executive tech agenda and drive growth in federal markets. You will own the technology strategy, architecture, and AI initiatives while serving as the chief solutions architect on major pursuits and guiding win themes and pricing strategy.

You will build repeatable offerings, govern partner ecosystems, and mentor leaders across capture, business development, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in federal technology services including cybersecurity, cloud, or mission tech.
• Proven success in growth, capture, solutioning, or strategy in federal market.
• Hands-on architecture depth across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and classified environments.
• Record of winning large federal opportunities like IDIQs and task orders.
• Strong understanding of the federal acquisition, capture lifecycle, and pricing.
• Executive experience leading cross-functional teams across growth, solution architecture, operations, and delivery.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into mission-focused value propositions.
• Excellent executive communication for customer briefings, reviews, and board updates.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive JCS's technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and reference architectures.
• Serve as chief solutions architect on major pursuits with final technical authority.
• Build and govern repeatable offerings and a technology partner ecosystem.
• Track emerging technologies and agency priorities to inform investment decisions.
• Lead AI strategy for federal customers and internal adoption in capture analytics and proposal development.
• Set standards for responsible AI use in federal environments, including classified settings.
• Lead growth initiatives across priority federal markets (DoD, IC, DHS, health, civilian).
• Shape opportunities with capture and proposal teams, guiding engagement and pricing.
