Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline; MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in semiconductor packaging/manufacturing.
Demonstrated success leading large, customer-facing organizations with revenue growth responsibility.
Proven ability to manage strategy, relationships, staffing, and growth in a global environment.
Strong technical understanding of fcCSP packaging and related processes.
P&L ownership or significant business management experience desirable.
Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization.
Strong program management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Track record of delivering year-over-year revenue growth and expanding strategic relationships.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and talent development capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow Amkor's global fcCSP business, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
Develop and staff the fcCSP organization, focusing on succession, capability, and organizational effectiveness.
Promote Amkor packaging technologies to new and existing customers to accelerate adoption.
Drive year-over-year revenue growth and identify broader opportunities across Amkor's portfolio.
Engage with key fcCSP customers; lead commercial, technical, capacity, and roadmap discussions.
Collaborate with advanced product teams to transition new technologies to high-volume manufacturing.
Lead capacity planning and capital investment discussions aligned with customer growth.
Develop product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and business plans for growth.
Ensure processes to manage multiple programs and monitor performance metrics.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build and mentor future leaders and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Travel to customer locations and Amkor sites as needed to support objectives.
