BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Vice President, Facilities to lead strategy, operations, and capital planning for all BJ’s facilities and assets.

You’ll partner with executive leadership to ensure safety, reliability, and scalability of real estate, breweries, and support centers. Responsibilities include developing multi-year capital plans, managing budgets, overseeing maintenance, sustainability, and vendor relationships, and building a high-performing facilities

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in facilities/real estate; executive experience.
• Experience leading multi-site facilities operations in a high-volume setting.
• Experience managing large-scale capital plans and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of building systems, safety, regulatory requirements, and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities strategy aligned with BJ’s goals.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, utilities, custodial, and infrastructure.
• Lead capital planning and major renovations and expansions.
• Manage real estate, space planning, and vendor partnerships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing facilities team ( ~5).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
