BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Site Development Manager to lead the planning, design, and development of new clubs, remodels, and fuel facilities. You will manage projects from inception through permitting and construction readiness, coordinating with attorneys, consultants, and government agencies.

The role is hybrid, with in-office days in Marlborough, MA and remote days earlier and later in the week. Strong experience in land use, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license desirable but not required.
• 5-7 years of experience in site design, real estate development, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of land use planning, civil engineering principles, and site development processes.
• Experience navigating municipal, state, and regulatory approval processes and representing the company at public hearings.

Aufgaben

• Lead development projects from inception through completion, including new club locations, takeovers, remodels and expansions.
• Develop strategies and lead consultants to secure approvals from federal, state, and local agencies.
• Represent the company at public meetings, hearings, and regulatory proceedings for project approvals.
• Oversee entitlements and site development and permitting in line with design criteria, budgets, and schedules.
