Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New York seeks a Vice President to lead cross-functional Executive Services initiatives within Path to Advice, partnering with Financial Advisors, Field Management and internal partners to deepen client relationships and drive Net New Asset growth.

You will design processes, create concise presentations, and use data to assess adoption and outcomes while scaling technology enhancements and end-to-end workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–10 years in top-tier management consulting, technology or financial services.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Executive Services, 10b5-1, and/or Rule 144 a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; coding/data analytics skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional Executive Services initiatives from planning through execution, aligning goals and milestones.
• Drive collaboration across internal partners to advance opportunities from concept to implementation.
• Support a network of specialized Financial Advisors and serve as a central coordinator across advisor teams, Field Management and internal partners.
• Interact with Financial Advisors to understand client needs, resolve issues and gather feedback.
• Provide operational and strategic support, coordinating resources and monitoring open items.
• Partner with training teams to plan and deliver curricula and sessions; measure engagement.
• Support rollout of technology enhancements with requirements, testing, communications and training.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls and service delivery.
• Develop concise presentations and reporting to convey priorities and outcomes; use data to drive optimization.
