Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President to join the Path to Advice team within Wealth Management Client Segments. You will support Executive Services delivering tailored support for specialized Financial Advisor teams serving executives and corporate client relationships.

In this role you will coordinate across internal partners, manage cross-functional initiatives, and help scale processes through technology, training, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5–10 years in top-tier management consulting, technology, or financial services.
• Experience in wealth management or executive services is preferred.
• Familiarity with 10b5-1 and Rule 144 a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Executive Services initiatives from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with internal partners to advance ES opportunities from concept to rollout.
• Support network of specialized Financial Advisors, coordinating resources and communications.
• Engage with Financial Advisors to identify client needs and improve service delivery.
• Develop presentations, reports, and metrics to track progress.
• Collaborate with training teams to design and measure learning programs.
• Assist with rollout of technology enhancements and process improvements.
