Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President-level professional to support the Executive Services team within Path to Advice, driving tailored support for specialized Financial Advisor networks and corporate client relationships. You will balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution and scale the function through technology and process improvements.

As part of the Path to Advice group, you will engage with senior stakeholders, coordinate across Field Management and internal partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years in top-tier management consulting, technology or financial services.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Executive Services, 10b5-1, and/or Rule 144 is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional Executive Services initiatives from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with internal partners to advance Executive Services opportunities from concept through execution.
• Support a network of specialized Financial Advisors across advisor teams, Field Management, and internal partners.
• Interact with Financial Advisors to understand client needs, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
• Provide ongoing operational and strategic support, coordinating resources and monitoring items.
• Plan and execute training programs for the specialized Financial Advisor network, including curricula and logistics.
• Support rollout of technology enhancements by coordinating requirements and communications.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Document current-state workflows and define future-state approaches with stakeholders.
• Develop presentations and reporting conveying priorities and progress, and use data to identify optimization opportunities.
