Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Strategy team seeks a Vice President to guide priority strategic initiatives—driving growth, profitability, and multi-year planning. You will synthesize industry insights, build financial models, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership across Advisory/Private Wealth Management, E*TRADE, and other divisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an internal strategy/corporate development function.
Direct work or project experience in Wealth Management, Banking or Financial Services industries.

Responsibilities

Analyze data and build financial models to drive insights and recommendations.
Develop strategic and analytical frameworks to support critical projects.
Gather competitive intelligence on existing and emerging competitors.
Create executive-ready presentations communicating business strategy.
Conduct market research to identify attractive new markets and key trends.
Facilitate Wealth Management strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Firm.
Support evaluation of potential acquisitions and partnerships.
