Job summary

Job description

Role Overview

VP, Executive Management Advisor to oversee the TGaS portfolio within assigned accounts, developing relationships with key decision makers in large and mid‑size life‑sciences companies and unlocking growth opportunities for TGaS solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the SVP and serve as overall account lead for 10‑12 large/mid‑size accounts, managing contracted business advisory services and business development across all TGaS solutions.
  • Act as primary advisor to Commercial Operations leaders within assigned accounts through advisory and peer‑to‑peer membership services.
  • Lead and provide oversight for contracted multi‑solution benchmarks in partnership with the TGaS PMO and Operations leads.
  • Achieve an annual revenue goal and expand the TGaS business in existing and whitespace accounts.
  • Create annual and long‑term business plans for accounts in collaboration with TGaS Solution Leads and review plans quarterly for necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of assigned accounts and TGaS service capabilities to provide value‑added services.
  • Participate in monthly updates with TGaS Solution Leads and Trinity Life Sciences partners to review engagements and identify new opportunities.
  • Act as a TGaS liaison with broader Trinity Life Sciences Account Leads to build strategic partnerships and identify business opportunities.
  • Research, synthesize, and communicate industry trends and changes to position yourself as a thought leader and trusted business partner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
  • 12‑15 years of commercial operations experience at Director/VP level or equivalent business development experience in life‑sciences organizations.
  • Proven track record leading and/or supporting commercial operations departments through internal support or strategic advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, marketing, market access, and medical affairs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market opportunities, evaluating risks, and making data‑driven decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate broadly and influence without authority.
Compensation and Travel

Base salary minimum of $215,000 with eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus. Travel requirement: approximately 35% of travel.
