JPMorgan Chase seeks an Executive Communications Vice President to partner with senior leaders to craft strategic communications across Portfolio Strategy & Automation and Consumer & Community Banking Operations. You will support executive engagement, site visits, and leadership communications that clarify priorities and changes, strengthening employee alignment and engagement.

The role spans collaboration with Operations, Product, Technology, Design, Data & Analytics, HR and Communications,

Qualifications

7+ years of communications experience in a large-matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or public relations.
Excellent writer with an audience-first mindset.
Strong executive presence and experience counseling senior leaders.
Team player who collaborates on strategic & tactical deliverables.
Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
Strong project management skills for large-scale projects.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-starter in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Outstanding judgment and proactive problem-solving.
Creative mindset with outside-the-box thinking.
Some domestic travel is required.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary communications partner to senior leaders within the organization.
Develop executive messaging, talking points, presentations, and leadership communications.
Lead communications for site visits, town halls, leadership meetings, conferences and events.
Create communication strategies and content explaining business priorities and changes.
Build executive presentations and manage content development from strategy to execution.
Support employee engagement and recognition programs to strengthen culture.
Develop communications plans, toolkits, and messaging for key initiatives.
Draft and manage content across email, Teams, intranet, video, and visibility channels.
Measure effectiveness of internal tactics and apply best practices for future plans.
Create and manage a senior leader LinkedIn content strategy with social media team.
