Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Communications VP for Regulatory Operations and Collections within Consumer and Community Banking. This role crafts strategic plans, messages, and executive-ready materials for senior leaders, guiding internal communications and events to reinforce business priorities.

You will partner across a matrixed organization, manage channels, and measure impact to continually improve engagement and leadership presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional communications experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• Strong executive presence and experience counseling and supporting senior leaders.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an audience-first mindset.
• Strong project management discipline; ability to manage complex, high-visibility work with precision and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful problem-solver with strong judgment; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, compelling messages reflecting the organization's vision and employee experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients; provide strategic communications counsel and engagement plans.
• Develop and maintain an executive communications strategy including visibility planning and top priorities.
• Lead production, drafting, and editing of executive communications (emails, scripts, newsletters, intranet articles, briefings, talking points, presentations).
• Plan and execute employee events and develop supporting communications.
• Collaborate across a large, matrixed organization to ensure cohesive, integrated communications.
• Engage employees and raise awareness for organizational growth and contributions across functions.
• Design and implement channel strategies across Teams, Outlook, intranet, video, and live events.
• Measure effectiveness and incorporate learnings into future plans.
• Contribute to internal editorial strategy and amplify stories across the business.
• Partner with social media teams to manage executive LinkedIn content strategy.
