Job summary

iCapital Network, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an Event Content Strategist Vice President to lead the content strategy across its US conference portfolio, shaping agendas, speaker programs, and audience engagement.

Reporting to the Global Head of Events, you will partner with Brand, Product and Channel Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership to identify themes, manage speakers, measure impact, and ensure cohesive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in event content strategy, conference programming, communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience developing content programs for large-scale conferences, executive forums, or thought leadership events.
• Comfortable developing overarching content frameworks and coordinating with senior stakeholders on messaging.
• Deep understanding of wealth management, alternative investments, and asset management is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with executive leaders and external speakers.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Able to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead event content strategy, programming, and execution across iCapital’s US event portfolio.
• Partner with Brand, Product and Channel Marketing, Sales, Product, Investment Strategy teams, and senior leadership to identify key themes and opportunities.
• Establish content measurement frameworks to evaluate event effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Own the end-to-end speaker journey across US events, including outreach, content development, rehearsals, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate content-related workstreams with Product, Brand, Creative, Legal, Compliance, and executive offices to ensure alignment.
• Advise executives, clients, sponsors, and external speakers on content strategy and messaging.
• Partner with Sponsorship to maximize sponsor participation through speaking opportunities and content activations.
• Build scalable content and speaker management processes with playbooks and timelines.
• Track agenda performance and deliver post-event insights to inform future strategy.
