Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Event Content Strategist Vice President to lead content strategy for its US event portfolio. You will shape programming, manage speakers, and drive audience engagement across conferences, thought leadership sessions, and sponsor activations.

Reporting to the Global Head of Events, you will partner with Brand, Product, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to translate market trends into compelling event stories. Travel domestically as needed and work in a hybrid office model.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in event content strategy, conference programming, communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience developing content programs for large-scale conferences, executive forums, or thought leadership events.
• Comfortable developing overarching content frameworks, partnering with senior stakeholders on messaging, managing executive and external speakers, and driving the detailed processes that turn event agendas into impactful live experiences.
• Deep understanding of wealth management, alternative investments, and asset management is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with executive leaders and external speakers.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Able to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead event content strategy, programming, and execution across iCapital’s US event portfolio.
• Partner with Brand, Product and Channel Marketing, Sales, Product, Investment Strategy teams, and senior leadership to identify key themes and thought leadership opportunities.
• Establish content measurement frameworks to evaluate event effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Own the end-to-end speaker journey across US events, including outreach, confirmation, content development, and post-event follow-up.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Creative, Brand, Communications, Legal, Compliance, executive offices, and agency partners to coordinate content workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, sponsors, and external speakers on content strategy and messaging.
• Partner with Sponsorship team to maximize sponsor participation through speaking opportunities and content activations.
• Build scalable content and speaker management processes with playbooks and timelines.
• Track agenda performance and deliver post-event insights to inform future strategy.
