Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President on the Prime Finance SBL team in New York. You will manage ETF stock borrow/loan activity and drive general collateral financing strategy, balancing risk, liquidity, and client needs in a fast-paced securities lending environment.

You will collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Capital Management to optimize resources, deliver client service, and maintain regulatory alignment across the firm.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of stock loan markets and SBL mechanics for ETF borrow/create/redeem dynamics.
• Experience in financing economics and balance sheet optimization.
• Ability to manage day-to-day trading and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Risk, Operations and Capital Management teams.
• Excellent communication and client/counterparty relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ETF stock borrow/loan activity including inventory management, recalls, buyins, settlement issues and pricing.
• Monitor utilization, short interest, corporate actions and create/redeem flows.
• Optimize GC collateral borrow activity via strategic deployment and counterparty management.
• Analyze stock loan positions to identify balance sheet optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Demand, Operations, Risk, and Capital Management teams to optimize financing resources.
• Deliver strong client and counterparty service within risk and regulatory frameworks.
