Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Stock Borrow/Loan Middle Office Analyst to manage end-to-end lifecycle of Equity Borrow/Loan activity in North America. You will collaborate with Front Office, clients, and counterparties to ensure timely trade processing, collateral management, and compliance with regulatory controls.

The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvement and risk management across operations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily collateral and exposure monitoring, ensuring proper margining.
• Support end-to-end processing for equity borrow/loan transactions.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and cash/stock discrepancies.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for Front Office and external counterparties.
• Assist regulatory reporting and ongoing control obligations.
• Support client onboarding and maintenance activities.
• Produce daily/weekly risk metrics and updates for management.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate controls.
