Job summary

J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions is seeking dynamic Client Relationship Managers to join our team. You will manage relationships with a diverse client base and serve as a subject matter expert on equity compensation programs.

The role requires a strong client service mindset, experience with stock plans (RSUs/ESPPs), and the ability to collaborate across partners to design, administer and optimize equity compensation solutions. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in equity compensation and stock programs.
• Proven global client relationship management experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and lead initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with assigned clients, with a focus on those utilizing equity compensation programs.
• Engage with decision-makers to deepen client relationships and serve as a subject matter expert on equity compensation.
• Advocate for clients and provide creative solutions in design, administration, and optimization of equity compensation plans.
• Partner with Bankers on participant engagement initiatives and keep them informed of relationship status.
• Create and maintain key client data in Dynamics.
• Manage client contracts, renewals, amendments, price updates and product extensions.
• Ensure client escalations are resolved and client satisfaction is achieved.
• Meet targets for client retention and referenceability.
• Stay informed about industry trends and equity compensation regulatory changes.
• Build a network of equity compensation influencers and experts.
• Lead client presentations and communicate complex equity concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementations, Operations, and Service Desk teams to optimize support.
• Grow existing accounts to identify new value opportunities.
