Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a lead software engineer for the Equity Flow Derivatives technology team. You will design, build and support a pricing and execution platform used by the equity derivatives business, working closely with traders, sales, and strats to deliver high-value technology solutions.

You will lead projects from concept through delivery, influence architecture, and mentor engineers while ensuring reliable performance in latency-sensitive environments on the trading floor.
