Goldman Sachs Equity Structuring is seeking a Vice President to join the Single Stock Structuring team in New York. You will lead execution of complex equity derivative transactions and partner with Private Wealth Advisors, Cash Trading, and Equity Derivatives to grow revenue.

As a strategic leader, you will develop client-facing materials, educate UHNW clients, and collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance workflows and tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial markets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to think independently and analytically within a defined framework.
• Motivated team player who takes initiative and can work autonomously.
• High degree of personal accountability and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 required (must be obtained within three months of employment).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute sophisticated equity derivative and capital market transactions.
• Serve as primary coordinator between Private Wealth Advisors, Cash Trading, Equity Derivatives, and control partners to mitigate risk and optimize deal structures.
• Develop client-facing advisory materials and educate UHNW clients, family offices, and internal partners on structuring solutions.
• Synthesize market data into actionable intelligence and deliver executive updates and macro insights.
• Oversee revenue tracking, pipeline management, and trade lifecycle governance.
• Collaborate with technology, trading, and product stakeholders to design next-generation digital tools.
