Epsilon in the United States invites a Vice President, Analytic Consulting to define the strategic vision for a large analytic practice and to partner with executives to deliver data-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges.

You will oversee practice growth, client engagement, talent development, and financial performance while advancing analytic methodologies, machine learning, and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, consulting, data science, or related quantitative fields.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, consulting, or data science organizations.
• Proven success leading complex client engagements and delivering strategic analytic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a large, profitable analytic consulting practice by defining strategic vision, operating models, talent strategies, and capability roadmaps.
• Partner with executive collaborators to develop data-driven insights and analytic solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Influence client and organizational strategy through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, data science, and measurement frameworks.
• Oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of analytic engagements, ensuring quality, scalability, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Drive the development and enhancement of analytics offerings, methodologies, tools, and internal best practices.
