The role partners with the CIO and technology leadership to translate priorities into execution across operations, governance, delivery, security, data, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership in CIO/CTO roles.
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate complex technology issues into clear business language.
• Proven track record leading modernization and platform transformations.
• Strong executive-level communication and influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate CIO priorities into roadmaps, rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the OCIO operating model, governance, planning, and reporting.
• Partner with divisional CIOs and business stakeholders to clarify priorities and drive decisions.
• Challenge and support architects, security, data, and delivery teams.
• Communicate major technology issues to CIO, C-suite, and board audiences.
• Oversee vendor and contract management for enterprise platforms and services.
• Develop and mature portfolio governance and financial management.
