ECS4Kids in Florida seeks a Vice President of Technology & Security to translate agency goals into a multi-year technology roadmap and to lead cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance for 24 counties in Florida and Georgia.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep experience with SaaS/cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Paylocity), and strong vendor management. The VP will mentor staff and work with the Board on technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible IT experience with leadership over cybersecurity, SaaS/cloud platforms, and governance.
• Experience reading SOC 1/2 audit reports and evaluating control gaps in a compliance context.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with agency goals.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance across 24 counties.
• Lead IT budget planning and vendor contracts while guiding a lean IT team.
