• Experience driving AI/automation adoption in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned to growth and operating model evolution.
• Drive IT transformation by redesigning processes, architecture, and operating models for speed and resilience.
• Ensure HQ platforms deliver measurable value for franchisees while balancing brand standards.
• Sponsor evolution of delivery practices and engineering capabilities across the enterprise.
• Develop a high-performing technology leadership bench and succession planning.
• Govern technology investments and vendor ecosystem at enterprise scale.
• Partner with senior leaders to manage technology risk, debt, and modernization priorities.
