Job summary

Heritage Grocers Group, LLC seeks a Vice President of Talent Development & Engagement to set enterprise strategy for training, leadership, and culture. You will partner with the executive team to build a high-performing, inclusive workforce and translate business priorities into measurable people strategies.

You will lead teams, platforms, insights, and governance to deliver scalable development and engagement outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise talent development and employee engagement strategy.
• Advise executives on training, culture, and engagement.
• Lead a high-performing team for leadership development, onboarding, and learning.
• Build leadership frameworks including succession and career growth.
• Own employee listening strategy and enterprise reporting.
• Translate workforce insights into practical, measurable solutions.
• Shape culture and inclusive employee experiences across populations.
• Oversee talent and learning tech, analytics, and content ecosystems.
• Establish success measures and evaluate impact with data.
• Lead enterprise change and transformation initiatives.
• Manage budget, partners, and resources with disciplined ROI.
• Provide updates to executives on strategy and progress.
