Assets Under Movement is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and External Affairs. This U.S.-based, remote role reports to the CSO/EVP External Affairs and leads enterprise strategy, external relationships, and cross‑functional planning to advance the organization’s mission and impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior thought partner to the CSO to develop and execute an enterprise strategy aligned with AUM+’s mission, priorities, and growth.
• Translate enterprise vision into clear priorities and recommendations.
• Develop decision‑ready recommendations, business cases, and tradeoff analyses for complex opportunities.
• Build strategic narratives that connect lines of work and clarify resource choices.
• Develop planning, sensing, and decision‑making practices to strengthen strategy as an organizational capability.
• Lead and test emerging External Affairs capabilities, including narrative strategy and executive visibility.
• Manage complex relationships with funders, intermediaries, clients, or ecosystem partners.
• Represent AUM+ in external settings and document learnings for internal stakeholders.
