Job summary

Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations team seeks a Senior Solution Architect to focus on business applications and core banking systems. You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure an architectural runway that supports evolving business needs and TCO considerations.

You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, define standards, roadmaps, and enable AI-driven innovation while mentoring teammates and aligning with strategic technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in architecture or IT leadership within highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience across multiple modern languages and technologies as listed in the Qualifications section.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural solutions.
• Define principles, architecture patterns and standards to align with the enterprise vision.
• Mentor others in Architecture thinking and promote innovative approaches.
