Compensation ranges from $207,000 to $392,100 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise product management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration standards and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and value realization plans for transformational projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and cross-organizational dependencies.

This leader will shape the enterprise product vision for a large, complex healthcare organization, with a focus on modernizing core platforms and strengthening integration across the business. The role will guide multi-year transformation roadmaps, align stakeholders around enterprise priorities, and drive governance that supports long-term value creation. Success in this role will depend on the ability to connect strategy, technology, data, and operating discipline across multiple functions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
