Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Product Manager, Platform for a remote US-based role. You will own a foundational platform covering subscriptions, catalog, pricing, and billing to enable faster launches and scalable operations.

You will partner with engineering, design, clinical, finance, and compliance teams to deliver a safe, high-performing platform, balancing strategic decisions with tactical needs across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing platform, systems, or infrastructure products.
• Background in consumer-oriented product roles, preferably in health or wellness.
• Proven ability to build platforms that enhance team productivity.
• Experience in influencing without direct authority.
• Familiarity with AI integration in product development.
• Strategic and tactical skills in designing scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end platform including subscriptions, catalog, pricing, and billing.
• Develop enablement tools for rapid product launches across categories.
• Establish ownership and sequencing for shared capabilities.
• Determine when to prioritize general capabilities versus specific solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to integrate AI into the platform.
• Work with clinical, finance, and compliance teams to ensure safety and regulatory adherence.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Platform to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own a foundational platform that supports subscriptions, catalog, pricing, and billing across the business. You will help shape the systems and capabilities that enable faster product launches, scalable operations, and more efficient cross-functional execution. The position requires close partnership with engineering, design, clinical, finance, and compliance teams to deliver a safe, flexible, and high-performing platform. It is a strong fit for a product leader who can balance strategic platform decisions with the tactical needs of multiple teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
