Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Enterprise Product Management - Enterprise Integration & Platform Modernization to shape the enterprise product vision for a large healthcare organization. This remote US-based role focuses on modernizing core platforms, strengthening integrations, and guiding multi-year transformation roadmaps with cross-functional governance.

Compensation ranges from $207,000 to $392,100 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise product management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration standards and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and value realization plans for transformational projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and cross-organizational dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide product vision aligned with corporate strategy.
• Define multi-year transformation roadmaps across interconnected products and capabilities.
• Drive alignment across business units and corporate functions to maximize strategic differentiation.
• Develop and lead governance forums to address competing priorities and focus on enterprise value creation.
• Own end-to-end outcomes by integrating people, process, technology, data, and governance.
