Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions to drive enterprise product strategy for healthcare stakeholders, connecting payer, PBM, and provider ecosystems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into scalable product initiatives and mentor junior product managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 10+ years in market/product strategy, management, software development, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Experience solving complex problems with limited resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML in product development.
• Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Prior experience with provider-side integrations, especially Epic, is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive enterprise product strategy for healthcare stakeholders, with a focus on building solutions that connect payer, pharmacy benefit, and provider ecosystems. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, shape partnerships, and translate complex needs into scalable product initiatives. The position also calls for mentoring junior product managers, establishing clear measurement practices, and expanding engagement opportunities across new verticals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $174,800 – $218,500 annually
