Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of experience in management consulting (strategy/analytics) and/or CPG/retail pricing analytics.
• Proven track record building pricing architecture, governance, and embedding into decision making.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, operating model design and change management.
• Experience with AI-driven transformation and agentic analytics strengths.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the pricing strategy and architecture for each Gap Inc. brand in partnership with brand leadership.
• Build and evolve analytical foundations for pricing decisions (elasticity, benchmarking, promo effectiveness).
• Establish enterprise-level pricing governance with standards and escalation guardrails.
• Integrate competitive intel, customer signals, and demand sensing into pricing strategy.
