Job summary

AutoNation, a leading US automotive retailer, seeks a visionary Vice President of Growth and Media to own the paid demand strategy and enterprise media investment across the customer journey.

You will guide performance marketing, market investment, and growth planning for New, Used, We Buy Your Car, and After-Sales, partnering with Brand, Analytics, Finance, and OEMs to deliver qualified demand and efficient costs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership for multi-location business.
• 7+ years of people leadership in a matrix organization.
• Experience managing integrated media across paid search, paid social, video, display, and programmatic.
• Ability to translate enterprise objectives into measurable demand and revenue.
• Strong command of marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, and reporting.
• Automotive/retail or franchised business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise growth and full-funnel media strategy across national, regional, market, and store levels.
• Manage performance marketing across paid search, social, video, display, programmatic, and other channels.
• Own investment framework and optimization for cost per sale and opportunity volume.
• Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Brand to improve attribution and forecasting.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Field Marketing, Sales, Operations, and OEMs.
• Develop scalable media models aligning enterprise strategy with local market realities.
