Job summary

BNY Mellon in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Domain Product Owner to lead a strategic data domain within the Data Innovation team. You will own the long-term evolution of reusable enterprise capabilities serving multiple business lines and client use cases.

You will define the vision, roadmap, and backlog, collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize capabilities, and ensure domain standards across platforms while enabling client-specific extensions where appropriate.

Qualifications

10-12 years in investment operations, data management, or financial technology
Strong understanding of one or more investment data domains
Experience with Agile product management
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution

Responsibilities

Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for an enterprise data domain
Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize capabilities
Define business rules, semantic definitions, and domain standards
Ensure consistency across platforms while supporting client-specific extensions where appropriate
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, AI teams, and governance
Measure adoption and business value of delivered capabilities
Champion domain expertise across the organization
