Qualifications

15+ years of experience in enterprise/business applications management.
At least 10 years in leadership roles overseeing large-scale software implementations.
MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and drive a comprehensive enterprise application strategy across ERP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workato, and Power BI.
Partner with C-level and business unit leaders to translate objectives into technology initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing team across NetSuite, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workato, and Power BI.
Oversee the implementation, day-to-day management, and continuous improvement of NetSuite and other platforms.
Optimize the portfolio to avoid redundancy and ensure scalability, with data-driven decision making.
