Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in enterprise or platform architecture.
• 5+ years of senior technology leadership managing architects and engineering leaders.
• Proven track record in architecture strategies across multi-platform environments.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, data platforms, distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders through technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term architecture strategy across AI, data, UX, and platform products.
• Lead architecture governance and set standards for system design, scalability, and security.
• Oversee data pipelines, AI workloads, and multi-agent platform architecture.
• Embed security, compliance, and governance into architectural patterns.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on architecture strategy and vendor selections.
• Mentor principal architects and foster a culture of architectural excellence.
