The position requires extensive leadership experience, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to manage budgets and capital projects while collaborating with product, operations, and other departments.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze work processes to meet standards of accuracy and excellence.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive integrated solutions.
• Ability to develop long-term goals and actionable plans to achieve mission and vision.

Responsibilities
