Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• Fifteen years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Ability to align engineering activities with business objectives.
• Experience developing manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Aligns engineering goals with business objectives and vision.
• Drives adoption of new methods, tools, and tech to improve processes.
• Manages quarterly and annual budgeting.
• Plans, justifies, and executes capital projects.
• Sets testing priorities and ensures proper testing and documentation.
• Oversees development of new manufacturing technologies.
• Establishes engineering standards and best practices for docs and testing.
• Interviews, hires, and mentors team members.
• Provides technical direction and guidance.
• Monitors progress and resolves engineering challenges.
• Manages suppliers and service providers.
• Ensures projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality.
• Travel up to 30%.
