You will own software delivery, architecture, and platform scalability, partnering with the CPTO and executive team to drive product and technology strategy in capital markets. Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technical leadership in fintech or enterprise software.
Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms and AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day software development and delivery velocity across engineering teams.
Partner with Product Management to translate roadmaps into sprints and releases.
Ensure agile standards, release management, code quality, and cloud-native scalability.
Lead scaling of SaaS architecture to support growing client base.
Ensure data governance, model transparency, and security compliance (SOC 2, GDPR).
Build and mentor engineering and DevOps teams.
