Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record scaling teams and systems in startup or high-growth environments.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, data systems, and SDLC practices.
• Experience integrating AI tools responsibly with security and governance.
• Strong communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term engineering vision and roadmap.
