Job summary

OnCorps is seeking a seasoned VP of Engineering to lead our AI-centric enterprise SaaS platform. You will drive architecture, execution, and operational delivery while scaling distributed engineering and DevOps teams across our Northeast offices in Boston and NYC.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in technical leadership, 5+ years in VP/Director roles, and a track record of building secure, compliant, and high-availability systems for institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years as a VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or equivalent in a financial technology or enterprise software company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution, architecture, and operational delivery for an AI-centric SaaS platform.
• Scale enterprise SaaS architecture to support a growing client base.
• Drive AI integration, MLOps, and AI-assisted development tooling across the org.
• Partner with Product, PM, and Go-to-MTM teams to translate roadmaps into reliable sprints and releases.
• Build and mentor distributed engineering and DevOps teams with a culture of excellence.
