Job summary

AerCap Engines is seeking a highly motivated professional to join AerCap Engines in the role of Vice President of Engine Rental Operations. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Rental Operations, the VP will lead placement of short-term spare engine rentals, support GE Aerospace Product Support Pool, and manage portfolio asset categories.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in finance, accounting, aeronautical engineering or related business discipline.
• 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in aviation, engine leasing, or aircraft leasing.
• Strong analytical, presentation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary commercial interface with airlines, OEMs, and industry partners for short-term engine leases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to review and execute rental opportunities and extensions.
• Drive revenue, utilization, and pricing targets across short-term placements.
• Collaborate with Engine Leasing Commercial team to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer engagement and ensure compliance with processes and approvals.
• Support portfolio planning, market analysis, and reporting frameworks.
