Job summary

Elevate Jet, part of Elevate Aviation Group, is seeking a Vice President of Maintenance to oversee the Part 145 MRO and coordinate AOG support for charter flights. The role ensures aircraft are dispatched on schedule and aligns maintenance with regulatory requirements.

The candidate will manage maintenance planning, inspections, and documentation while leading a team and external partners. FAA A&P with IA is preferred, and 10+ years in maintenance operations is expected.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required; Inspection Authorization preferred.
• 10 years of aircraft maintenance operations experience with at least 3 years in FAA Part 145 leadership.
• 3+ years experience with FAA Part 135 operations, preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong writing to ensure accurate maintenance records.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the managed fleet and third-party providers with Elevate Jet leadership.
• Develop and deepen OEM and supplier relationships for Elevate Jet and its clients.
• Leverage resources within Elevate Aviation Group to support growth and client success.
• Support staff and build bench strength for future leadership roles.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and inspections for Elevate Jet MRO, ensuring compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA regulations and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations to support charter operations and remote locations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Parts 43, 65, 135; follow company policies in all areas.
• Serve as primary contact to FAA District Office and coordinate audits/inspections.
• Provide fleet status reports and develop 30/90/annual maintenance forecasts.
