CAMP Systems seeks a strategic leader for the Engine & Component MRO vertical within the Aviate platform. You will define market priorities, align product and AI initiatives, and drive revenue outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering.

You will build deep industry expertise, maintain executive relationships, and shape go-to-market strategy while advancing CAMP’s AI capabilities and industry leadership.

Formación

• Deep experience and credibility in the engine or component MRO market, or in aviation services.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience using AI to streamline work processes, or interest in applying AI to improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define and refine the engine & component MRO vertical strategy within the Aviate platform.
• Identify target customer segments, key workflows, and high-value problem areas.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Define market requirements and priorities for the vertical and align with product and AI initiatives.
• Shape GTM messaging, enable sales and marketing with industry insight.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Engineering.
