You will lead cross‑functional teams across Sales, Success, Marketing, and Engineering to translate market insights into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep experience and credibility in the engine or component MRO market, or in aviation services.
• Strong understanding of customer workflows, economics, and competitive dynamics.
• Ability to turn market insight into clear priorities and direction.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms.
• Ability to work effectively across functions in a centralized organization.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine the engine & component MRO vertical strategy within the Aviate platform.
• Identify target customer segments, key workflows, and highest‑value problem areas.
• Ensure CAMP’s strategy reflects real market needs, competitive dynamics, and customer priorities.
• Maintain deep, current expertise in the engine & component MRO market, including operations, economics, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Establish structured mechanisms to gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback.
• Define the market requirements and priorities for the engine & component MRO vertical.
• Clearly articulate what problems should be solved and why they matter economically.
