Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design and project leadership for building projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary building projects.
• Strong business development, client management, and revenue growth capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of electrical building systems for complex projects.
• Build and lead the Austin electrical team.
• Provide technical oversight as Engineer of Record or principal reviewer.
• Develop and execute market-facing growth strategy for electrical services in Central Texas.
• Support client presentations, pursuit strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Provide executive-level project leadership ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices and disciplines.
• Mentor engineering staff and foster succession planning.
• Contribute to strategic planning, resource management, and business operations.
• Support recruiting and workforce planning initiatives.
• Promote innovation and sustainability in building systems.
