Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC in Fairfax, VA seeks a Vice President / Account Executive to own growth, operations, and P&L for its DoW portfolio, with a focus on USAF and USSF. Hybrid work with on-site presence required and equity incentives offered.

You will drive recompetes, build partnerships, and lead strategic growth initiatives across DoW components. The role requires a strong technical and DoD contracting background, executive leadership, and the ability to navigate complex programs while delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years in federal IT contracting with DoW experience preferred.
• Proven success leading full-and-open captures at executive level.
• Deep DoW relationships with Air Force/Space Force.
• Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for the DoW portfolio and recompetes.
• Collaborate with the CGO, capture managers, and growth team.
• Lead start-up, transition, and ramp-up activities for new work.
• Ensure contract profitability and CPARS performance.
• Build partner ecosystem and joint ventures to accelerate entry.
• Represent ITC with senior DoW stakeholders.
