Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc. is seeking a Vice President / Account Executive to own growth, operations, and P&L performance for the Department of War (DoW) portfolio, focused on the Air Force and Space Force with expansion into other DoW components.

The role requires deep DoW experience, executive leadership in pursuit strategies, and a hands-on, autonomous operating style. You will build and manage a qualified pipeline, drive recompetes, and shape partnerships and joint ventures to accelerate market entry

Qualifications

10+ years of direct experience in federal IT contracting with meaningful DoW account experience.
Demonstrated success leading full-and-open captures as the executive-level owner.
Strong financial acumen: ability to manage P&L, forecasts and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the account growth strategy: retain revenue, win recompetes, expand through new awards.
Coordinate with CGO, capture managers, BD leads; serve as sponsor on pursuits.
Develop near-term recompete strategy for expiring contracts.
Pursue partnerships, teaming and JVs to accelerate DoW market entry.
Establish ITC as the preferred full-and-open partner with DoW customers.
