Job summary

ITC Federal seeks a Vice President / Account Executive to own growth, operations, and P&L for its DoW account, focusing on the Air Force and Space Force and expanding across DoW components. The role requires close collaboration with the CGO and growth organization to build a winning pipeline and mature partnerships.

The right leader brings deep DoW domain experience, proven ability to win recompetes, and a hands-on, autonomous operating style in a complex, multi-contract environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in federal IT contracting and growth.
• Strong DoW account experience and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing portfolios, P&L, and forecasting.
• Track record of recompete wins and strategic positioning.

Responsibilities

• Own the DoW growth strategy and revenue expansion.
• Lead engagement with Air Force/Space Force and DoW offices.
• Manage full P&L and financial forecasting for the DoW portfolio.
• Drive partnerships, teaming, and JV structures to win new work.
• Coordinate with CGO, capture managers, and growth teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence and strong CPARS performance.
