Responsibilities

• Analyze themes and identify investment opportunities across industries and capital structures in stressed and distressed credit.
• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis focusing on risk and return to underwrite investments.
• Lead detailed financial modeling and due diligence.
• Analyze financial statements, terms, covenants, bankruptcy documents, and restructuring plans.
• Collaborate with attorneys, brokers, bankers, and consultants to evaluate and structure transactions.
• Manage portfolio investments and restructurings.
• Contribute to business-building efforts and potential new investment vehicles.
• Prepare investment memoranda outlining thesis, analysis, and risks.
